Meeting Package

Bring your clients and guests to the historic Penryn Mansion for a light breakfast and morning meeting. Your day will start off right with coffee, tea, juice, and an assortment of savouries for you and your guests. Follow this with a meeting space as unique as you are. We have three distinct rooms that can be utilized for group and breakout sessions.

Corporate Meeting Rooms

The Penryn Mansion, with its ballroom and side breakout rooms, is the perfect location to host your next weekday corporate meeting or retreat. Create the perfect balance between work and play with a morning meeting and an afternoon on the links. Our doors will be open for the season in May, so book now to ensure your date.

All meetings that are booked at the Port Hope Golf and Country Club will receive:

  • Complimentary wireless and wired high speed internet
  • Complimentary flipchart for each meeting room (markers included) (one pad of paper only - additional pads available at cost)
  • Water stations and candies on every table
  • Memo pads and pens for each attendee

Good Morning at the Mansion Breakfast Package

  • Welcome trays - Assorted seasonal fruits and savouries (croissants, muffins & danishes)
  • Based on a 4 hour booking and minimum of 24 participants

Meeting and Lunch Package

  • Coffee, tea and assorted fruit juices
  • Welcome trays - Assorted seasonal fruits and savouries (croissants, muffins & danishes)
  • Cold buffet lunch
  • Based on a 6 hour booking and minimum of 24 participants

Meeting and Dinner Package

  • Coffee and tea
  • Afternoon trays - Choice of: Cookie, Sweet, Fruit or Vegetable
  • Traditional or buffet dinner menu
  • Poured wine serving during dinner
  • Based on an 8 hour booking and minimum of 24 participants\

Day Package

  • Coffee, tea and assorted fruit juices
  • Welcome trays - Assorted seasonal fruits and savouries (croissants, muffins & danishes)
  • Cold buffet lunch
  • Afternoon cookie tray and refreshments
  • Premium plated or buffet dinner menu
  • Poured wine service
  • Based on a 12 hour booking and minimum of 24 participants
